It's a simple dish yet so tasty! I loved the way mumma presented this! So colorful and unique 🌈

Coconut chutney... Making unique skills...it's delicious

Recipe:-
Ingredients and Quantity (Mix in mixer):-
Coconut:- 2. Coconuts(cut in slice)
Green chilli(pungent):-4-5
Garlic:-5-6
Fresh coriander:- 5 tbsp
Mint:-1 tsp (you can Skip this ingredient)
Sugar:-1tsp
Salt:- 1½ tsp

Mix well

Tadka steps:-
Roast the following ingredients and crush them before giving tadka.
Roast for 2-3 minutes.
poppy seeds:-1tsp
Fenugreek 3 seeds:-1/4tsp
Chana dal :- 1tsp
Little black cumin(jeera):-2pinch

Roasted 2-3 minutes keep on a trouble crush lightly
Tadka step:- Take a tadka pan heat 50%:- Ingredients and Quantity :-
Cooking oil:-2 tbsp
Curry leaves:-10-20
Hing powder:-pinch
Add roasted crushed mixture
30 seconds you roast tadka. immediately add tadka in a chutney ☺

Taste the chutney .Add salt if required
