Spend time outdoors together as a family and have a grilled pizza party!

You can use pre-made pizza dough or prep homemade dough the night before with the recipe below:

-1 packet (1/4-ounce) active dry yeast
-1 teaspoon granulated sugar
-1 cup warm water (105° to 115°F)
-3 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. In the bowl of your food processor combine the flour and salt and pulse to combine. Add the water/yeast mixture and pulse until the dough forms a ball and cleans the sides of the bowl, about 1 minute. Coat the inside of a large bowl with a thin layer of olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 1⁄2 hours. Refrigerate until ready to use.

With your dough ready to go, the next steps are simple.

1. Preheat the grill (between 450°F to 500°F)..
2. Roll out the dough, flour one side, and lightly oil the other side.
3. Grill the dough oiled side down until it’s toasty and has grill marks. Flip the dough over and add toppings to the side with grill marks.
4. Grill until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove pizza from the grill and add any final toppings like fresh basil or arugula.

Acorn Squash with Praline Sauce! You guys it’s Friday the 13th 🙄. I’m not one to be superstitious about this day, however, there were major technical issues on my instalive with @chefjamiegwen 🙈. I couldn’t upload this photo. And it’s Friday so I’m done with tech today 😂. Anyhoo, I wanted to post the video up here and guess what, my app crashed and the video is gone 😭. Luckily I took a photo before we devoured the plate. They were delicious!! The recipe says •serves 6• but my husband and I ate the whole platter ourselves 😳🙊.
