😂 NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION…

Big backs, long backs… and yes, I said what I said. 😂

But here’s the part I’m DEAD serious about:

GIVE ME 42 DAYS.

42 days of following the plan.
42 days of structured training.
42 days of personalized nutrition.
42 days of accountability.
42 days of actually doing what you said you were going to do.

Madhouse just launched its 6-Week Transformation Challenge, and members get to choose their coach.

And if you’re trying to WIN… you should probably choose me. 😏

Not a Madhouse member? I GOT YOU TOO.

I’m opening my 42-Day Transformation Program to everyone — and THIS WEEK ONLY, it’s 50% OFF.

🚨 ONLY 30 SPOTS AVAILABLE.

I don’t need you to be perfect.
I need you to be COACHABLE, CONSISTENT, and READY TO WORK.

You give me the next 42 days.
I’ll give you everything I’ve got as your coach.

🔥 Ready?

DM me “42” RIGHT NOW and let’s talk options.

Sundays have kind of become a thing at our home.

We invite some friends over, Mando cooks, everyone hangs around the kitchen and eventually we all end up at the table.

No occasion really. Just an excuse to get everyone together.

We’ve been doing it for a while and finally decided to start a digital diary for it 📸

Sundays Reserved.

Thank you to @djsleek for capturing and creating this video for us! 🤳🏻

Lake Como, you are beautiful.
.
Day 2 consisted of visiting Bellagio. It’s a beautiful little village full of amazing architecture. Delicious food, shopping, and views that will take your breath away. We spent most of our day exploring and the rest of the day soaking in the views from the pool at our villa. We ended with some yummy dinner and it ended being the best meal we had in Lake Como!
