GhostFace 🔪
I always wanted to shoot at the Slauson station since I first got to LA but could never figure out the right shoot/theme to do. Then when Halloween was around the corner it finally hit me!! To shoot on of my fav slasher icon, GhostFace!
We already had the costume so @chefkay__ and decided got our stuff together and shot at the bridge over the 110 highway. Loved every minute of it and to finally shoot at a dope location!!!

From now on don’t just wish ppl well, wish them well(ness).

When most of us men celebrate a birthday we often measure our success by how much money we made, muscle we gained or accomplishments we’ve achieved but ignore our peace of mind, emotional balance, and energy levels.

We do this because society often tells men to push harder, grind more, keep our emotions in check. So we get stuck in go mode, ignoring our nervous system and ultimately becoming a society of men suffering from burnout, stress, mental fatigue and disconnection.

So I decided to celebrate this birthday with much needed nervous system/wellness reset with a few of my guys.

A reset brings us back to balance and help’s us reclaim that energy and presence.

We did some breath work and meditation in the Earth room followed by a few cold plunges and time in the sauna. Guided by the incredible team at one of the dopest spas in LA @thequantumspa.

This was by far one of the best birthday gifts I could’ve given myself and it was an honor to share it with my brothers.

If you’re in DTLA do yourself a favor and pull up to @thequantumspa for the wellness reset you didn’t know you needed.

Tell em 4real sent ya or join us next month when we run it back. 🧖🏿‍♂️😎

Be well. Stay encouraged. 🙏🏾

Scream is one of my favorite scary movies, so I had to create my own movie poster! What’s your favorite scary movie?!

Thank you to my friends for participating and help create an idea that has been sitting in my brain for almost a year 🥴 lol
