Who doesn’t love a good BBQ Sauced turkey leg, especially when it’s JERKED! Combining the right amount of spice with the scotch bonnets, the sauce catches it’s balance with the sweetness of the bbq and the heat of the jerk! This flavor is the perfect relationship between my love for caribbean food and some good ole cookout food from your favorite uncle. If anybody knows a thing or two about Caribbean culture its @chefscotleyinnis_ Chef Scotley has his restaurant @continentatlanta booming with a sophisticated atmosphere and incredible menu. If you haven’t been please make that trip!
I still have a lot to learn about the ingredients and flavor pairing from the island cultures! S/o to the chefs in Atlanta that are keeping their culture’s food alive traditionally and to those being innovative!
