Only reason i didn’t give it a 10 is because i have never given out a 10 before. But I’d be lying if i said this wasn’t THE BEST DAMN CHEESESTEAK IN NEW JERSEY SO FAR‼️ PERFECTION‼️ So good i went back the next day for another one and i had 15 leftover cheesesteaks from the day before 😭

So grateful to CCAP for the chance to volunteer at Philadelphia Magazine’s Wine & Dine 🍷✨

Being in a room filled with so much culinary talent, reconnecting with chefs I admire, and tasting such beautiful food was truly inspiring. Nights like this refill my creative cup and remind me how powerful our food community is.

Fun fact I’ve been taking this same pic since kindergarten, mama @rubyrajeshasaram yelling at me to take a nice pic to remember!! Haha Last night’s event was amazing mainly because I got to see my Mama thriving and being everyone’s fav person! I also had my best bro @chefl0s by my side too!
