Every plate tells a story of hard work, patience, passion, and purpose. 👨🏽‍🍳🔥 Greatness isn’t achieved overnight—it’s forged through every service, refined with every plate, and strengthened by every challenge. Talent may open the door, but consistency, discipline, and dedication carry you forward. My goal is more than cooking good food; it’s creating unforgettable experiences that linger long after the last bite. Still learning. Still growing. Still chasing excellence—one plate at a time. 💪🏽🍽️ — Chef Terrence

Heritage Day, with a bang! Today was all about celebrating our indigenous grains, our culture and the history that shaped the way South Africa eats. Sorghum, millet, Bambara groundnuts: these grains carried our ancestors through seasons of plenty and seasons of drought, and today they took their rightful place at the centre of the table. And then came a moment that filled my heart. A beautiful lady walked in with her copy of *Roots and Recipes*, and asked me to sign it. 📖✍🏾 To know that our stories and recipes are sitting in someone’s home, being cooked from and passed on, is why I do this. Proud of where we come from. Hungry for where we’re going. Happy Heritage Day, South Africa! 🤎 #roots&recipes
