It included everything I love for brunch in one bowl: salmon, potato, guacamole & runny eggs. ๐Ÿคค the croquettes were cooked to perfection & the components in the dish completely eachother perfect - salty, sour, sweet, crunch, softnessโ€ฆ just PERFECT!
