Award-winning Chef Milind Sovani has created two festive dishes at Bhoomi - a Michelin Guide restaurant serving Indian cuisine - using the USA Calrose Rice for the USA Rice Fiesta, a limited-time dining programme across restaurants in Singapore this October and November 2026.

Truffle Mushroom Khichdi ($22++)
Rich earthy truffle with comforting warmth of a risotto, but with a soft and slightly sticky texture of USA Calrose Rice that absorbs all the flavours beautifully.

Anjeer ki Kheer ($12++)
Natural sweetness of figs paired with the creamy moist texture of USA Calrose Rice in a traditional Indian rice pudding.

Chef Milind shared how the soft, slightly sticky, moist medium grain rice absorbs the flavour of the sauces well and elevated the taste of the dishes he has created.

This limited-time festive menu at @bhoomi.singapore is only available until 31st October 2026, so head down soon to try them before they are gone!
