A night that 2026 will not soon forget...

In one final evening ending our full-season “Seed to Supper experience”, guests joined us on the farm for a meal where the components from each of the seminars were woven together for one truly magical culminating meal.

The team at Hearthside absolutely executed the finale, cooking open fire all day in the field and serving 100 guests in the midst of a flower garden. Enough props could not possibly be given to Chef Dominic @chefmoosedp and his team, as well as Ashley @ashycan and her FoH squad for serving the massive family-style table with miraculous seamlessness. Truly one of the greatest meals I have ever tasted and witnessed on all accounts.

This program, pitched as “a fully immersive agricultural and culinary experience”, was a wild ride and a bit of a crazy idea from the beginning.
It was NOT Farm to Table.
It was Participant to Farm to Farm to Farm to Farm to Table.
It was Farmers-to-Table (With our 7 local farmers and makers surprising and joining for our capstone meal and sharing “why” they do what they do)
It was, at its core, connection.
If you went, we hope you felt that intention.
If you’re seeing it here, we hope you still get a glimpse of what that table looked like, felt like, and meant to us.

Thank you to the other crazy individuals who led seminars, made/grew the amazing ingredients for the meal, and brought this program to life:
