Some conversations are simply more special than others. โค๏ธ When food brings people together, you realise that cuisine is so much more than whatโ€™s on the plate. @chefkunal 's heartfelt feedback on my cuisine was one such beautiful moment. Seeing the happiness on his face as he experienced the flavours, the nostalgia and the essence of Parsi food was, for me, the greatest reward. That genuine joy was all I could have wished for. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธ For me, Parsi food has always been about heritage, nostalgia, stories and memories โ€” recipes lovingly passed down through generations and shared from one heart to another. I feel truly grateful for every opportunity to take authentic Parsi cuisine to more people, one plate, one story and one beautiful connection at a time. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Have you ever tried authentic Parsi food? Tell me your favourite Parsi dish in the comments. โค๏ธ #parsi #parsifood #cheflife #homechefsofinstagram #ParsiCuisine

Some moments leave you quietly speechless. โค๏ธ๐Ÿงฟ Seeing myself on a billboard in a city like Bengaluru, celebrating Parsi cuisine with JW Marriott Bengaluru, @jwmarriottblr feels like one of those milestones I will always hold close to my heart. From a home kitchen to a billboard on the roads of Bengaluru โ€” it feels surreal. Truly grateful. Deeply humbled. And incredibly thankful for every person who has been a part of this journey. ๐Ÿงฟ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ๐Ÿงฟ #cheflife #parsi #parsifood #foodfestival #ParsiChef

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ BENGALURU | A CULINARY JOURNEY THROUGH THE BALKANS Four unforgettable days at The Leela Palace Bengaluru. Bringing the flavours of the Balkans to India was about much more than presenting a menu. It was about sharing a culinary heritage shaped by migration, memory, geography and generations โ€” and watching those stories find a new place at tables thousands of kilometres away. From the first preparation to the final service, this journey became a beautiful exchange between cultures, kitchens and people. And none of it happens alone. My sincere thanks to the entire culinary and service team at Citrus, The Leela Palace Bengaluru for their professionalism, dedication and warm hospitality. Working side by side with such a passionate team made this experience even more meaningful. Different cultures. One kitchen. One table. And a universal language: food. It was an honour to bring a piece of our Balkan culinary heritage from Tuฬˆrkiye to Bengaluru. Thank you, Bengaluru. Until we meet again. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ท #Bengaluru #India #balkancuisine #culinaryheritage #turkishcuisine
