Which chef has the best moustache, and who is most likely to go to the club, even after a long night of service?

We asked our Off Menu 2026 chefs to play a friendly round of pass the mic to find out just how much these chefs know one another.

Which one surprised you most? Let us know in the comments below!

Off Menu was never just about what’s on the plate or in the glass, but about celebrating the talents that makes the Philippines an exceptional F&B destination.

This year, we set our sights higher than ever before. For the very first time, we featured the country’s leading bartenders alongside top chefs. Eight bars and eight restaurants shaping how the Philippines drinks and dines.

With the continued growth of Tatler Best Awards—which recently evolved to include Tatler Best Bars—we deepen our commitment to championing excellence in both food and beverage.

Off Menu 2026 was designed not only to showcase both industries, but to cultivate meaningful connections across the F&B community. A delicious demonstration of collaboration and creativity, rather than competition—that is exactly what Off Menu is all about.

Raging Bull Chophouse joins us at Off Menu 2026! Here, beef is treated as a craft rather than a commodity—every cut is sustainably sourced, fired over the Josper charcoal oven, and finished simply with housemade salts, mustards and sauces that let the ingredient itself lead. That same discipline defines Loïc Brun’s approach: 25 years in professional kitchens, including stints at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill and Ministry of Crab, fuel a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Since taking the helm just over a year ago, Brun has begun steering the menu into a new chapter, one that keeps faith with steakhouse tradition while sharpening it through his own exacting, well-travelled palate.

WHERE: Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La The Fort, Manila
WHEN: September 25 & 26
TIME: 6pm–10pm
TICKET PRICE: PHP 8,000 + processing fees

Expect eight dishes and eight cocktails (a total of 16 items), each made exclusively for Off Menu 2026— plus unlimited wine, great music, and the chance to meet the chefs and bartenders behind it all.

Swipe to see the legendary #patisserie, @meert_1677, which was established in #Lille, #France in 1677.

They started selling pastries and chocolate and widely known for their incredible #gaufres or #waffles.

I tried the delicious #pistachio and #cherry #gaufre since @chefsharefood did tell me they were the best and I totally agree with him! It has a soft and creamy filing that is not overly sweet and is sandwiched by two hin and slightly crisp yet soft waffles.
