Great day at the range with my Yugo M84 Skorpion with the @chefurcustom receiver. This gun is absolutely phenomenal.

‘93 Tula parts kit AKS-74U ‘Krink’. Grail gun. Can’t thank @shaefferzack @chefurcustom and especially @embacharmory for their work on this. The two greats of their generation having hands on this make it the priceless relic it is.

MW3 2011 AK as a throwback since @_g_o_o_c_h and I fired up the ole survival mode👌🏽

Featuring the worst mount of all time (Belomo), and a continuation of weird design choices following MW2:

•AK is a mishmash of milled and stamped parts- just went with the WASR for simplicity.

•bottom handguard is some model of quad rail, mostly blocked out by rail covers

•top handguard in-game appears to be a cheese grater at first glance but is actually just a standard polymer upper with vent holes drilled

•also appears to have a 100 series style brake, so I went with the 14/1 LH brake from @chefurcustom. It works well and looks the part

•also needs a waffle mag 😬

Some platforms were built to keep running.

The mission changes.

The principle doesn’t.

Control starts at the muzzle.

East German MPIKMS-72 with factory EG barrel built entirely by our shop apprentice @alexandercruggs on an @childersguns receiver with a custom @chefurcustom domed center support rivet for a faithful reproduction of a factory example. The receiver and rivets were hot blued, patina matched to the original parts kit and original markings welded and etched over with Thors Hammer stencils by me.
