I had the honour of attending the Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs Singapore 2026 Dinner, where many respected chefs, restaurant owners and people from the culinary industry gathered for the evening.

It was truly a privilege to meet so many amazing individuals who have contributed so much to the world of Chinese cuisine.

Attended the Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs Singapore Lo Hei 2026 Dinner.

It was a wonderful evening filled with great food, warm conversations, and meaningful connections with fellow chefs and friends in the culinary community.

Throw back on 21Oct. IBA INTL food street award at Park Royal Collection Hotel. Congratulations to Chefs and happy for Daniel Koh got his upmost legend chef award. A humble and a mentor to alot. Tks bro for lifting and inspiring hawkers too.

This morning began with heavy rain, even delaying Godsis Sue’s flight. Yet, as if by blessing, the skies cleared just in time for our 7th month prayers 🙏

We are truly grateful to each of you who joined our little gathering today. Your presence made the occasion warm and meaningful, reminding us of the importance of coming together in faith and harmony.

Though we forgot to capture photos with some of you, the most precious memories are the ones held in our hearts.

May these prayers bring peace, protection and abundance to all 🙏🙏🙏
