Life gets a whole lot better when you no longer have to stress over when you can get to the grocery store, what’s for dinner, and cleaning the kitchen after a long day of work and extracurriculars.

Salt and Prepped takes all of that off your plate. Our in-home meal prep chefs do all the planning, shopping, prepping, and cleaning for you, so you can spend your time where it matters most🤍✨

⚜️🔥 From the industry to the classroom. This journey was God-led, not easy. 🔥⚜️

Moving from professional kitchens into education tested me in new ways.
Managing 25 students every hour, navigating growing pains, and adjusting to new dynamics—while holding onto my standards, integrity, and purpose.

There were long days, late nights, early mornings, and sacrifices no one saw.
But I stayed committed. I stayed disciplined. I stayed faithful to the assignment.

Being named 2025 Chef Educator of the Year by ACF- Atlanta

American Culinary Federation- Atlanta Chapter

isn’t just an award—it’s confirmation that the work, the patience, and the mentorship mattered.

Humble always.
Clear on the calling.
Still walking in my gift.
It’s still just beginning

Happy 4th Birthday to @saltandprepped.atl🌶🥕🥬🍋

Did you know over 40% of small businesses don’t make it past year 3? So this truly feels like a pinch me moment.

Four years ago, it was just me, a vision, and a handful of loyal clients. Now, 11 incredible team members believe in Salt & Prepped enough to show up every week and bring our mission to life: nourishing busy families and taking the mental load off their plates.

We’ve learned, stretched, and “failed forward” at every stage of growth… but wow, look what community and consistency can build.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us🥂✨
