GREAT CHEFS CREATE GREAT FOOD. GREAT LEADERS CREATE GREAT TEAMS.

Behind every successful kitchen is more than incredible food. There’s a team of hardworking individuals who depend on each other to deliver excellence, plate after plate, service after service.

Being a great chef isn’t just about mastering recipes, perfecting presentation, or creating unforgettable dishes. It’s about knowing how to lead the people standing beside you.

💪 LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Your attitude, work ethic, and dedication set the standard for everyone around you.

🤝 EARN RESPECT. Respect isn’t demanded because of your title. It’s earned through fairness, consistency, and the way you treat your team.

🔥 STAY IN CONTROL. When the kitchen gets chaotic, great leaders remain calm, organized, and focused. Your team looks to you for direction.

🗣️ COMMUNICATE WITH PURPOSE. Clear instructions, honest feedback, and teamwork keep the kitchen running smoothly, even during the busiest services.

⭐ BUILD PEOPLE, NOT JUST PLATES. The greatest chefs don’t just create amazing food. They mentor, motivate, and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.

Remember, Chef: Your success isn’t measured only by the dishes leaving your kitchen. It’s also measured by the confidence, respect, and growth of the people working alongside you.

👨‍🍳 NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

What’s the ONE quality you believe every great executive chef or kitchen leader must have?

🍰 What size kitchen tweezers would YOU use?

When it comes to plating and decorating, the size of your kitchen tweezers can make a difference in how you work. But there isn’t one size that’s right for everyone.

Our 6” and 8” kitchen tweezers are both designed to help you handle delicate ingredients and finish your dishes with confidence.

🤏 6” Kitchen Tweezers
The 6” is a great choice when you’re working close to the plate, especially with desserts, garnishes, microgreens, herbs, edible flowers and other delicate ingredients. Its shorter length gives you a lightweight, easy-to-handle feel and makes it easy to make small adjustments as you’re putting the finishing touches on a dish.

🤌 8” Kitchen Tweezers
The 8” gives you a little more reach while still providing the control needed for detailed plating. It can be a great option when you prefer to keep your hand farther away from the plate or simply like the feel of a longer tweezer.

And here’s the thing…

There is no wrong choice.

Your hand size, your plating style and the job you’re doing can all play a part in deciding which size feels best. Someone with smaller hands might love the 8”, while someone with larger hands might prefer the lightweight feel of the 6”.

It’s really about what feels comfortable in YOUR hand and works best for YOUR style.

🍰 Decorating a dessert?
🌿 Placing delicate garnishes?
🌸 Adding edible flowers?
🍽️ Finishing a beautiful plate?

Try both sizes and see which one becomes your favorite.

6” or 8”?
