Okayyy… I think I may have found my new favorite thing to make 🤭💐✨

I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with floral arrangements, and I’m kinda obsessed with how she turned out! 🥹🎀✨

AUGUST IS OPEN… BUT NOT FOR LONG. 🦾🔥

The FLEXXERS are putting in the work every single week, and the results speak for themselves. The only question is… are you next?

🚨 I’m officially accepting new clients for August, but spots and availability are filling up FAST. Once they’re gone, you’ll have to wait for the next opening.

METCON MONDAYS are where we kick the week off with high-energy conditioning, strength, grit, and a mindset that separates the committed from everyone else. 😈

If you’re ready to:
💪 Build muscle
🔥 Burn fat
⚡️ Increase your endurance
🧠 Develop discipline
🏆 Become the strongest version of yourself…

DM me “AUGUST” or comment “LOCK IN” and come train with the FLEXXERS.

No excuses. No shortcuts. Just work. 🦾😈

Q2 was the life refresher I needed🫶🏽
-Celebrated my favorite Aries to ever walk this earth 🎉
- got to spend more time with my fave Libra sister♎️
- Usual Zoe & Gen shenanigans 🪩
- Went to my best friends law school prom (law school that she is ROCKING might I add)👩🏽‍🐰‍👩🏾
- completed my suicide support group (a resource I 1000% recommend to anyone who has lost someone they love to suicide)💜
- took a 48hr turn around road trip with my oldest friend to watch one of the smartest humans I know graduate college 📓
- took one of my favorite people to my favorite place (Colorado)🌸
- celebrated Tasmine’s gender reveal 😭 my bestie is having a girl!!🤰🏾🩷
- took the BEST staff of RBTs to six flags and got SOAKED🎢
- attend the sweetest human’s wedding & she looked INCREDIBLE👰🏽‍♀️
- got Wisco a brother :) Welcome Disco🐶
- got to enjoy some life shenanigans with my used to be coworkers but now friends 🤞🏽💝

Thankful the universe put every one of these humans into my life & allowed me to make these memories before moving to Colorado 🥰
