Soup season has entered the chat. 🍲🔥

LOOK AT ME. We know you love our tacos and burritos, but have you tried our Chicken Tortilla Soup?

Warm, comforting, packed with flavor, and exactly what you need when that fall weather hits.

It's officially soup season, and Chelas understood the assignment.

Who else is obsessed with tortilla soup? ❤️

Tuesday has one job. TACOS. 🌮

And at Chelas, we take that job seriously.

TACO TUESDAY: 2 Crispy Tacos for $6.50 ALL DAY!

Choose from chicken, carnitas, or potato. Golden, crispy, packed with flavor, and exactly what your Tuesday needs.

Of course, if you’re craving our Rib Eye, Baja Fish, or any of our other favorites, we’ve got those too.

Because around here, Taco Tuesday isn’t just a day. It’s a lifestyle.

It won’t happen overnight. But it definitely won’t happen if you quit.

People see where you are today, but they don’t see the years of hard work, the sacrifices, the setbacks, or the moments you questioned everything.

Growth takes time. Success takes consistency. And sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen right when you feel like giving up.

I’ve learned that you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep showing up, even on the days when it feels like nothing is happening.

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize that every step, every struggle, and every time you refused to quit brought you exactly where you needed to be.

Keep going. Your future self is counting on you. ❤️ #becomingher #growthjourney

In light of the Norte Fire, Chelas Mexican Kitchen is offering FREE MEALS to all firefighters today, Monday, October 19, and tomorrow, Tuesday, October 20, at all three of our locations in San Clemente and Laguna Beach.

To the brave firefighters working tirelessly to protect our homes, families, and communities, we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you. The least we can do is make sure you have a good meal while you’re taking care of everyone else.

Our hearts are with every family affected by the fire, those who have been evacuated, and everyone facing uncertainty during this difficult time.

At Chelas, being part of a community means more than serving food. It means being there for one another when it matters most.

We’re family, and family takes care of each other. ❤️

Please stay safe, everyone. And to our firefighters, thank you for everything you do.

A Letter to Little Karla ♡

Looking at this little girl, I wish I could hold her and tell her she doesn’t always have to be so strong. That she deserves to feel safe, loved, and free to be herself.

My mother brought me to this country from El Salvador as a little girl, fleeing a civil war in search of a better life. Her courage and sacrifices gave me the life and family I cherish today.

Growing up wasn’t easy. I experienced things that shaped how I loved, trusted, and protected myself.

Today, I’m learning to heal, to give myself grace, and to become the emotionally safe mother, wife, and woman I want to be.

I can’t change what that little girl went through, but I can make sure the pain she carried isn’t the pain I pass on.

Little Karla, we’re still learning, still healing, and I’m so proud of how far we’ve come. ♡

Don’t ask us to pick a favorite. We’ve tried. It’s impossible.

One day it’s the Rib Eye Tacos. The next it’s the MVP Breakfast Burrito. Then the Fish Tacos show up and suddenly we’re questioning everything.

Seriously, how are we supposed to choose just ONE?

Maybe you can help us settle this.

What’s your all-time favorite Chelas menu item? Tell us in the comments! 🌮

I’m begging you. Stop pretending you don’t want tacos.

You know you’re thinking about them. The crispy shells. The juicy rib eye. The Baja fish tacos with that perfect crunch.

Just give in already.

Welcome to the Addiction.
