Remember mixing sodas at McDonald's? We tried that with beer! It's called a 'cuvée' for beer, 'suicide' for soda. Let's see if this 'Nashville Smasher' is a hit! #BeerLover #CraftBeer #PodcastLife #DrinkExperiment #Brewery #Mixology #TennesseeBusiness #PodcastStudio #MMTBP #ItsYourShow

I had a blast at the Speedway 5000 5k race at the @nashvillesuperspeedway brought to you by @werunnash

You drive up on to the actual speedway to park and enjoy all of the festivities. The place is massive! I knew it was big but I wasn’t expecting THAT BIG! There were some loud cars that go ‘VROOM’ there and car fanatics were very happy. I have no clue about cars but it seemed impressive.

The course starts and finishes on the speedway with a little detour up and around the parameter so that you can look in and upon the speedway and then a short detour around the parameter so you can pass by the entry sign and take in all of the views! The weather was perfect, The vendors were so generous, and I could not have asked for a more fantastic event! We had so much fun and will definitely be back next year!

Stay tuned and be sure to follow as Buddy, Boss, and I bring you more run events in the near future. 🏁💕🐾🥳

Inaugural Speedway 5000 🤝 and y’all showed UP!

700+ runners and walkers. All ages. All paces. 🏁
From first time racers to LOTS of personal bests, stroller crews to speedsters—this is exactly what our community looks like.

Thank you for bringing the energy, the smiles, and the miles. This was one for the books… and we’re just getting started! Same time next year? 👀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Photos up soon! Taken by @reilyrogersphoto ⚡️

There’s just something so special about finally getting my girls back together after way too long apart. 🖤

Life gets busy, schedules get wild, but the moment we’re all in the same room it’s like no time has passed at all. The laughs are louder, the hugs are tighter, and the conversations pick up right where we left off.

So grateful for friendships that don’t fade with time — they just grow deeper. Catching up, sharing stories, and seeing their beautiful faces again filled my cup in the best way. ✨

Until the next girls’ night… I’ll be smiling about this one for a while. 💕 #brunch #goodfriendsgoodtimes #mygirls #ladiesbrunch

It was a great night sharing last year's @beerbabesfamily Babe Brew with my friends in @nashvillecraftbeersocialclub and @musiccitybrewersclub during the annual NCBSC 12 Days of Beermas beer exchange/beer share!

That's a lot to say, and that was a lot of beer! Stay tuned every day beginning December 13 to see what beers I unwrap!

Please do me a favor and also follow these clubs to be a part of the upcoming fun and keep up to date with future events!

There are so many people in these pics to name everyone, but special shout out to @markvale5 @catfishbrewing for the pictured @beerbabesfamily Babe Brew!

Being able to link arms and represent @fleetfeetnashville as an ambassador this year has been so rewarding and life changing. They are not just a speciality running store, they are difference makers. They provide a place where people from all paces, all ages and all races can come together and be one community.

Today we had our 2025 Ambassador Party @tailgatebrewery and @altrarunning. Gosh I love these Ambassadors! The friendships I created are simply amazing.

Thank you @bjodoingthings for being our ring leader and head cheerleader. You are a gem and I love you.

Here’s to linking arms with you again in 2026 to spread the Fleet Feet love!

Miles for a meaningful impact! This 5k was about so much more than just running; it was about supporting @gotrmidtn and their incredible mission. To help unleash the confidence and inner strength of girls through physical activity and dynamic discussions that build crucial life skills. Their smiles and determination said it all and is truly inspiring. So grateful I could be a part of it! #GirlsOnTheRun #EmpoweringGirls #MeaningfulMiles #runningnashville #runforacause #girlsontherunissomuchfun
