As I went through a years worth of photos, I realized we did ALOT. So many travels, family time, and adventures. was another hard year, but many blessings and positive memories to look back on. ✨ 2025 A year of Healing I spent most of 25’ working on my mental health. The loss of my Mother, and two dogs, left alot of pain. I worked with Reiki @inspiritheals sessions, Hypno-Therapy @hypnocise_pty_ltd , Embodiment Work @uplevellove , and Talk-Therapy (Couples) and lots of personal self-care routines, and meditations. I had to work thru my grief & sadness, and it’s been quite a journey. It’s something I’ve learned will be with me my whole life. It’s part of me, and the light is always there, I just need to remember that. If I was distant, or non-existent, it was because the energy towards relationships outside my immediate family was hard to add on top of the healing. I chose to put all my energy into healing and my marriage as it was the most important. With that said, I’m finally in a better place, I feel more joyful and my outlook on life is more positive. I’m always learning and healing ❤️‍🩹 with more positive energy, I look forward to 2026 with more gratitude , love, and peace. 🙏 I can’t say thx you enough to all my healers, teachers, Husband, and family, you all got me thru the hardest thing I’ve ever went through. ❤️ 2026 A New Year I start my morning with intention setting, positive thoughts, gratitude intentions, and prayers to my momma. This is a newer practice my @hypnocise_pty_ltd therapist suggested. It’s been so positive and a practice I’ll use forever. I breathe a lot during that practice and wake up with a positive and grounded energy to start the day. I have some goals this new year I’m excited to share. Here they are ;) Finishing Mediumship 2 with @mannamedium & Death Doula Training -these trainings have deepened so much in my life. My spiritual outlook, how I listen to others, how I show up in the world, more in comments Below ⬇️

As we conclude @valentines_dayball I am still beaming from all the pictures & videos. This year we put a lot of time into our rehearsals, and art installations to showcase these ARTISTS ❤️ my vision to create an artistic event for Iowa City is always the intention. These talented dancers, and artists are local and across the US. They work very hard on their routines to bring you performance ART, and Aerial Entertainment that isn’t common or as available in the Midwest. I enjoy producing this show for our smaller area, and these artists do too. A huge thanks to all of them for always bringing their best and taking this event as seriously as I do ❤️ Thank you to the team of @theheightsrooftop for helping, and providing the space. Thank you Emma Morgan for being such a fun collaborative partner! Thank you to @willowwweber for being my rock every year! She helps with marketing, design, VIP, decorating, etc etc…this is her 3rd @valentines_dayball ! Thank you @djoneway2day this guy helps us rehearse for 6+ hours before the shows…he knows exactly how to help all of us do our best. He provides an incredible production experience! Thank you so much for your patience and dedication to the vision! Thank you to @foxsinclair & @glenfuhrmeister for hosting such an amazing show! You both did such an amazing job ❤️ thank you @foxsinclair for stepping into this and taking it by the reigns! Your wit, talent, and joyful personality was a hit this year ❤️ Thank you @dawnstoddbakes for the INSANE balloon art! She spent hours on this! Xoxo ❤️ Thank you @floraldesignsbyglen insanely talented floral this year! Thank you @_kelslarsen ! She’s amazing you guys…she picked up our $$, set the stage, picked up clothing and helped with all our routines! Thx u 🙏❤️ Thank you @mimirobertson omg I wouldn’t be able to do this w/o you…your presence makes me relax immediately, you work so hard, you know exactly what to do and when, your dedication and passion for helping doesn’t go unnoticed!
