Meet Chelsea! 👋✨

Another one of our gun Pilates instructors, Chelsea brings the perfect mix of encouragement, challenge and fun to every class.

1. What got you into fitness?
Confidence in my body and its abilities.
I grew up being the kid that could do everything, my competitiveness wants that for my adulthood too 😎

2. What do you love most about coaching at Impact?
Seeing our member’s progress and get stronger with each class. It’s nice seeing the suprise when they achieve something they previously struggled with.

3. What do you want members to feel after your session?
Stronger! As well as flexible and free through the spine and body 🤸🏽‍♀️

4. Biggest gym ick?
When people don’t laugh at my lame jokes!

5. Coffee order?
Almond Hot Choccie 🍫

6. Most used coaching phrase?
“You’re smashing it”

7. How would you describe your coaching style in 3 words?
Suprising (people say I’m sweet and innocent but my classes don’t reflect that 🙈), challenging and fun!

8. Best advice you’ve ever been given?
“If you don’t like it, you can always change down the track” - it’s been 14 months since I started the training for Instructing Pilates, I haven’t looked back once!

9. What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
I’ve just started pottery classes🏺

10. What’s one thing you’re currently working on improving?
Understanding human anatomy and integrating what I learn into my classes, to help myself and our members understand their body, how an exercise should feel and what it achieves.
