Sometimes what excites me more about going to tradeshows is not just about product innovation but about meeting new friends, clients, or people I usually see over a screen. Nothing is better than in real life.

Beauty business is huge but beauty industry is small. I was on a the way out and walked right back in because waves and waves of friends just arrived in town. I remember my first day in beauty, my boss warned me this is a very small industry, you don’t ever burn bridges. It’s so true! We know everyone 🤓 and we never stop working on the next big thing so when you live longer, your skin and hair will still look amazing 🤩
