COJO concert 🤠🤎

An unforgettable night with my mom being able to see one of our favorite country artists live! I am so beyond blessed to have experienced his gift in person and to hear so many of my favorite songs.

He played both of my favorite songs, “ Nothin on you” and “By your Grace”.

I felt so moved in the moment of Cody playing “ By your Grace” and just overwhelmed with so much gratitude for all God has done through me. ✝︎

I also appreciated how Cody used his voice and audience to spread awareness on kindness and compassion towards every human being 🤍

( excuse the unsteady filming and singing) 😂

Needed a change of scenery and altitude 🏔️🫁

6 hours in the Rocky Mountains hiking the Mt Flora trail with mom. Falling into post holes up to thigh deep, altitude sickness hit like a b* and I forgot to apply sunscreen which led to sunburns past the epidermis and a doctors visit #notasmartmove

However, we were the only ones on the trail during summit which was not only incredibly peaceful but made the whole experience more personal. 🌿☮️

We got an insane panoramic view of the Rockies and met a little friend on the way ( photo #8)

Benching 145 @RPE 7 :))))) I have made a 40lb pound bench climb in about 5 ish months and that’s up there with one of the coolest thing I can say I’ve ever done.

Thank you brain for forgetting all horror benching videos I have seen on the internet and letting me finally succeed.

Some videos and pictures lately for this week of thankfulness. Feeling blessed to not only obtained the strength I have, but mostly be able to move my body like this in the first place.

Thanks for some pretty rad friends too, it’s way more fun with you guys around ❤️🫶🏼

Deadlift: PR 182.5 - 402lbs

Incredibly thankful to compete alongside the rest of my team, an amazing coach to support us, and the best gym in town to train at.

Alrighty so it finally happened! First meet in the books and I’d love to tell you about it :)

S: 303 B:115 D:369.8 leaving me with a 781lb total :)

7/9 on lifts which is pretty decent

The biggest thing I’d like to say about all of this is I managed to lose 35lbs pre comp safety, as well as maintaining strength. I’m always going to be the one to talk about weight loss because it’s important and understanding that you have the ability to control your situation if you hold yourself accountable is a huge lesson that I’ve learned through this process.

I’m so excited to see where I go- and If you heard me talk about lifting too much it’s never going to end :) can’t wait to grow these numbers and make some big strides before the next one. Hopefully with some bigger PR’s!

Huge S/O to @superior_strength_coach for the structure and just overall great coaching. Also not thinking I’m crazy for this weight loss pre comp :) Seriously the best and I can’t wait to see where we go as a team with this

Can’t wait for the next one, I’m coming for you 400 deadlift just wait

Also: we wouldn’t be where we are with Stength, community, and friendships without @loscampeonesduluth 🫶🏼❤️
