A solid 6 hours on Gabriola, or stay for 8 if you're hungry. ⛴️

Hit the Malaspina Galleries first, because the sandstone curves are even better in person.

Grab a coffee at Mad Rona’s, find some quiet at Elder Cedar Sanctuary, and catch the views at Drumbeg.

If you aren't ready to head back to the terminal yet, grab a table at Burro Rosa for tapas or Woodfire for a pizza. 🌲🍕

Inaugural Wellness Retreat curated by ✨Wellness by Chemeckia✨

Drop an emoji in the comments if you want to receive information about the next retreat 🏔️🧘🏾‍♀️

The theme for this event was “Connect, Cultivate, Celebrate” and I picked Tahoe because the natural beauty of this town makes it one of my favorite locations for recharging during the summer.

I knew I would need a moment to reset during a busy period of life and I wanted to do this with people that have the best vibes.

We hiked, we laughed, we cried, hiked again, got buried in cedar, sang about a hundred Beyonce songs, and enjoyed the beauty of the lake while building new connections.

March belongs to Marg. Don’t quote me, quote @alandradarling 💃🏽.

Thank you to Andres and @thekennedyhouston for hosting us… and #MannieFresh for DJ’ing my party 😂.

Recreating the Infamous Mac and Cheez pancake my wife had in Philly 10+ years ago. Strong 9/10 even on the 1st attempt.

Would you try this at my Rodeo booth?
