What a fabulous day! 🧘‍♂️

We had the final YogaB retreat in the garden at Moulin Toucan yesterday. It was the perfect day of sunshine, blue skies, a wonderful group who brought the most beautiful energy. 🌿☀️

Restorative yoga, delicious vegan lunch, meditation, Qi Gong and a deeply relaxing sound bath session led by the talented Mel and Phil from #ChênedeCouze.

Every group brings its own unique energy, and no two retreats are ever the same. That’s one of the things I love most about these days, creating a space where everyone can simply arrive, breathe, connect and be present. 🌳🧘‍♂️🌿

Feeling incredibly grateful to everyone who came and shared their energy, laughter and presence. 💚🙏🩵🙏💛
