48 ❤️ This year for my birthday I asked for REST and I wanted my friends to do the same … REST

My only ask of my friends was to come spend time with and do absolutely nothing. Sit quietly if you want to, talk if you want to, take a walk, laugh, connect, eat, take a nap, stare at the water, whatever you need.

Let us feed you, let us take care of you for a little while and just let yourself breathe.

I wanted to reconnect with my friends outside of business, outside of what we all do for a living and outside of everything we are responsible for, and spend a day together with nowhere else we needed to be. No expectations, no agenda, just us!

And honestly, I couldn’t think of a better way to enter 48. That was my birthday wish ❤️
