This year’s Asian Heritage Month theme is “Honouring Asian Canadians: Stories that Built Canada.” Through Kimiko’s Pearl, we carry forward our ancestors’ stories and pay tribute to the strength and resilience of the Japanese Canadian community. 🇯🇵🇨🇦

Such a fun time at @bostonballet last night. The performances were amazing. I loved seeing Crystal Pite’s The Seasons’ Canon again, and also was grateful to see @yue__ballet perform again. He’s a big inspiration to me. And congratulations to Yue and @chenxinballet on the arrival of their baby soon!

A DAY IN MY PREGNANT LIFE.
Today was my last performance of the season in pointe shoes. My emotions are so mixed, I never imagined I could keep dancing all the way to 21 weeks of pregnancy.
I am deeply grateful for everything my body has been able to do. Thank you my baby for sharing the stage with me and performing so many different roles together.
