of course we had to warm up everyone with a banger 💥 played Eric’s fav song but in hardstyle!!! 3rd song and we’re back to our sprint again 🤭 Mel reserved the one and only climb song earlier than everyone else 😗 He didn’t know what’s next at that moment :P SURPRISE SONG!! I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH!!! of course we had to run again but this round was 2 minutes 🥳 one of my favourites from the playlist!! Kelly said yes to ride with me on podium without knowing that we gonna do some crazy runs together xD my favourite moment 🩵 played my favourite song as a recovery track 🥹 I still hate fast jog and I still regret doing this song 🥲 this was the first song i instantly wanted in my playlist after i found it because it’s just beautiful 🤩 and it survived all the way to the final version. initially got no caption here but Lisa commented: why i don’t have caption? 👀 such a beautiful mashup for our final sprint 🥹 my heart was full 🩵

In the pursuit of peace for my heart, growth for my mind, and love for my soul…this decision wasn’t easy, but it feels right. This space has been more than just a place to ride. It’s where I grew, was challenged, shared my passion, and most importantly, it’s where I met all of you. And while we turn the page, it doesn’t feel like goodbye – and it keeps me sane to know that I will be riding alongside you. It’s not an ending, just a shift. Thank you for every ride, every word of encouragement, every shared, fleeting moment. You’ve given me more than I could ever put into words. 2025- what can I say? thankful for all the people i have crossed paths with; studios for entrusting me with your operations; coaching & training opportunities that opened up and kickstarted this year; and brands for the partnerships. saw a quote that resonated strongly: “everything you thought was drowning you… was in fact teaching you how to swim”. ngl, it was not an easy year. worked and trained daily, didn’t take any rest till my first short trip last week, and im glad to think upon reflecting on the whole year- i did accomplished quite a lot in this continued process to always be 1% better reminder to lock in for the rest of 2025, and wherever you are, in whichever part of your journey, it’s never too late to start or restart.

core memory unlocked 💓 got adult money, so spend on adult things right? — I finally did it in 2025, after incubating this thought for 1.5 yrs. These are really the best Memories. No Regrets doing this. The energy that day was top notch. In retrospect, I think I was MADly overwhelmed by how many actually turned up and cheered. Someone asked me “Verina you happy or not?”but I don’t know if ‘happy’ is the correct term. My greatest takeaway is that I realised I’m actually celebrated for and loved by many. Like… people actually THINK OF ME. I’m extremely honoured, would have cried if I contd talking longer. Each of you invited hold distinctively different yet special place in my life — inspiring/encouraging me, or listening to my nonsense. It’s because of you that I’m still alive instead. Ya’ll are really my Gold Dust✨ — thank you @char.leneho for giving into my intrusive thoughts and being equally unhinged. Little did I know you were super anxious!!! Who could even tell?! SO many people said the playlist was “solid vibes” “damn good” “I like her playlist, her songs very my style” — so please know you did freaking amazing! 💕 Wanted to Carry You some load but instead, thank you for working magic from the 3hr long playlist you asked me to shortlist, right down to the last hr because things sounded flat. Sometimes I wonder how you don’t Lose (your) Mind. Thank you for putting in your 200% even when you didn’t need to. Maybe we need 2 more priv ride to clear all the songs so people lend up On The Floor. In any case, the 🎵playlist is in my bio. {Also, I was given only one kpi (not about leading one song tho alr cut down from 3x) and I’m proud to say I achieved it 🤣.
