Throwing it back to when Che was passionately freestyling “Free Young Thug” highlights the deep Atlanta roots that have always fueled his ascent, bridging generations of uncompromised trap culture. Long before selling out international venues, Che exploded as a 15-year-old with his 2021 TikTok anthem “agenda.” Through early singles and EPs, he sharpened his sonic identity, leading to his 2023 breakthrough project closed captions and collaborations with Prettifun on underground staples like “Pizza Time.” His commercial turning point arrived with his 2024 EDM-infused album Sayso Says—teased on PlaqueBoyMax’s stream—followed by his 2025 rage masterpiece REST IN BASS. Inspired by Carti’s unreleased WLR V2 era and featuring Osamason and Xaviersobased, it spawned the smash “MANNEQUIN.” Backed by a national tour, a Christmas 2025 deluxe edition, and his surprise Fully Loaded EP featuring viral cuts like “Promoting Violence,” Che proved his streaming momentum matches his work ethic. Navigating industry politics has been just as chaotic, from high-profile beefs with Nine Vicious over K3 and friction with Bleood over manager WhiteCollarWill, to reuniting with Prettifun and teaming up with Nettspend on “KickAss (Pull Up Pls).” Whether shutting down Paris Fashion Week alongside Tezzus, Diamond*, and Sk8star, or kicking it in the studio with Øway, Che’s footprint is massive. Currently taking a brief hiatus after a grueling European tour—while fans spam him for his ready-to-drop Tezzus collab—Che remains a cornerstone of the new wave. Does Che’s ability to constantly shift sounds and conquer every beef prove he’s built to run the underground for years to come? 👀 #doaphouse #undergroundrap #che #youngthug ysl

MOLLY SANTANA’S “BLACK PUNK” ALBUM COULD FEATURE CHE, TEZZUS, DRAKE AND DIAMOND* Molly Santana’s upcoming “BLACK PUNK” album could be loaded with major names from both the underground and mainstream, according to a new Doaphouse post. Che, Tezzus, Drake and Diamond* are all rumored to appear, although none of these features have been officially confirmed. Molly has quickly become one of the underground’s most versatile rising artists, building momentum through her alternative sound and growing industry connections. Her appearance on Drake’s “Ran To Atlanta” helped introduce her to a wider audience, while Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu revealed that Molly’s “2 Rich” is one of her go-to songs before performances. Molly has been teasing the album’s potential collaborations, expressing her desire to get Diamond* on the project and later being spotted in the studio with Diamond* and Tezzus. After showcasing a “BLACK PUNK” booth at ComplexCon and linking back up with North West, anticipation continues building. She has also spoken about feeling overlooked by other underground rappers despite showing them support, highlighting the challenges of navigating a scene where female artists remain underrepresented. Could “BLACK PUNK” be the project that solidifies Molly Santana as one of the underground’s biggest stars? 👀 #doaphouse #undergroundrap #mollysantana #drake #blackpunk

Che on OK tape With reports that DJ resnnesy is pushing behind the scenes to bridge the gap and get Che featured on producer OK’s (wegonebeok) highly anticipated OK Tape, the underground scene is locked in. From breaking out as a 15-year-old in December 2021 with the viral TikTok smash “agenda” to continually pushing high-energy distortion, Che’s raw adaptability makes him an obvious placement for OK’s signature sonic landscape. Che steadily built momentum through various singles and EPs, angling his experimental sound toward his July 2023 debut project, closed captions. Teaming up with producer Prettifun in early 2024 for underground hits like “Pizza Time” and “Miley Cyrus”, the duo briefly separated before squashing their beef, reaffirming a foundational creative partnership that proved Che could thrive over complex, custom production. His August 2024 EDM-inspired album Sayso Says debuted alongside a legendary stream appearance with PlaqueBoyMax. When leaks forced a course correction on his next tape, Che pivoted to drop his biggest rage project, REST IN BASS, in July 2025—a WLR V2-inspired album featuring Osamason and Xaviersobased on the hit “MANNEQUIN”. His momentum exploded when Yeat brought Che and Xav out as surprise guests at ComplexCon 2025, leading straight into the blown-out ENCORE Christmas deluxe and massive national tours. Che navigates scene politics with precision—producing Nettspend’s “medicine taste like sh*t”, dropping the surprise Para’dies EP to step on Bleood’s drop, and ignoring clone attempts from Raininglol. Even after high-profile scuffles with Nine Vicious in the UK, Che kept his Alex Moss Jesus piece, weaponized the narrative, and continued aligning himself with heavyweights like Tezzus and Øway. Fresh off modeling at Paris Fashion Week and breaking his hiatus with Nettspend on “KickAss (Pull Up Pls)”, Che remains a dominant force on his European tour while teasing new heat with Tezzus and Øway. Would a Che feature on OK’s tape be the ultimate producer-artist crossover for the new underground? 👀 #doaphouse #undergroundrap #che #oktape #djrennesy

During the Rest In Bass Tour, Che brought out Glokk40Spaz in Atlanta to perform “SHOOTOUTDAROOF” together, marking the first and only time the two artists have ever performed the song together live. The moment became even more special because the track has remained unreleased, with only snippets and live recordings circulating among fans. “SHOOTOUTDAROOF” has become one of those highly anticipated unreleased songs that people have been waiting to hear in full, especially because of the chemistry between Che and Glokk40Spaz. Despite the amount of footage that has surfaced from the performance, the full song has still never officially leaked or been released, leaving this Atlanta performance as the only known time fans have been able to hear the two perform it together. Moments like this are exactly what made the underground scene so exciting, with unreleased collaborations, live-exclusive performances and songs that fans can only hear through concert footage continuing to build their own history around the music. 🎥 : @nikolastree — #che #glokk40spaz #undergroundrap #concert #restinbass
