Two stages, one week, zero voice left đŸŽ€ Zillow Unlock at the Fontainebleau was one for the books. Day 1.. center stage at the Hub breaking down our Triple Launch. How we sequence a listing’s first week, with Zillow Preview up front, so the home gets as much exposure as possible when it matters most. Day 2.. a panel with my friend Jackie Soto of eHomes on standing out in a crowded market. Two very different models, same goal: serving clients at a higher level. Best moment? A gentleman telling me mine was the best session he saw at last year’s Unlock... and this year’s too. Humbling doesn’t cover it. Late nights, great people, lots to bring home. Swipe for the highlights 👉 #ZillowUnlock #ZillowUnlock2026

One of the most valuable relationships an agent can build is with a lender they trust. At Vreeland Real Estate, we work closely with our team at @14daystoclose, and that relationship makes a difference in how we serve our clients. Constant communication means fewer surprises, faster answers, and everyone staying on the same page from pre-approval through closing. You don't need a Rolodex full of lenders. You need a strong relationship with the right one. Someone who understands your process, communicates well, and knows how you work. When the agent and lender are working together instead of operating in separate lanes, the client feels the difference. Strong partnerships make for better service and a better business. #realestateagent #mortgagelender #realestatepartnerships #clientexperience #realestateteam

One point from @cheplaklive coaching call stuck with me: “Accept the current situation and surrender to it.” That really hits hard
it applies to this mortgage market and to life. To me, that means quitting the habit of wishing things were different and starting to figure out what you can do. I can’t control rates. I can’t control every curveball life throws my way. But I can control how I show up, how I adapt, and how hard I work to find a way forward. Sometimes that means using a different loan strategy. Sometimes it means having a tough conversation. Sometimes it means starting over when you thought you had everything figured out. Take a breath, adjust the plan, and get back to work. Hard doesn’t mean there’s no opportunity. Sometimes it’s the very thing that pushes us to find it. 🧡

Great leaders make growth a priority, then keep backing it with action. Excited to support @kevinlinteam for another season inside the Agent Development Team Sales System. Kevin’s decision reflects a clear commitment to his people and what they can achieve. That commitment means making room for practice, feedback, and accountability as part of how a team operates. It gives people ongoing opportunities to strengthen their skills and put them to work. The higher you climb the mountain, the more the view changes. Once you implement the system, the real fun and excitement happens when you see what’s possible. That’s a commitment worth celebrating. Congratulations, Kevin! We’re proud to keep building alongside you and excited for what’s ahead for you and your team.

đŸ”„ REAL ESTATE AGENTS: Is your brokerage preparing you for the career you’re building, or the industry that no longer exists? Seriously. Think about that. When I got into real estate 12 years ago, I had NO IDEA how much this profession would evolve. Fast forward to 2026, and sometimes I think we’ve become professional marketers who just happen to sell houses! 😂 We’re expected to understand consumer behavior, create content, build a brand, master social media, generate leads, leverage AI, and STILL sell real estate! 🏡 After spending time at the Marketing Playbook Mastermind with Alec Cheplak, one thing is VERY clear. The consumer has evolved, and the role of the real estate agent MUST evolve with them. It’s about understanding how today’s consumer thinks, searches, connects, and decides who they trust. And if you’ve read this far, you probably know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. So ask yourself
Is your brokerage or team actually preparing you to succeed in TODAY’S industry? Are you learning to attract consumers instead of chasing leads? Building predictable pipelines? Creating systems that support your growth? Or are you still being taught yesterday’s tactics? Your environment matters. Your leadership matters. And WHO you’re learning from matters. Sometimes growth starts with one uncomfortable question. Am I aligned with the right people to build the career I actually want? đŸ“© Message me FUTURE. Let’s have a conversation about what your next chapter in real estate could look like. And tell me
did YOU know you were signing up to become a professional marketer when you got your license? 😂👇

Twenty-six years in real estate has taught me that experience is valuable, but it can never be an excuse to stop learning. The business keeps changing. Markets shift. Technology evolves. Clients expect different things than they did years ago. So there’s always something new to learn, another perspective to consider, and another skill to sharpen. You can have years of experience and still be a student. That mindset keeps you growing. #realestatecareer #realestateleadership #agentdevelopment #realestategrowth #floridarealestate

Right now.. đŸ‘‰đŸŒđŸ‘‰đŸŒDrop PLAYBOOK in the comments.... đŸ”„ 3 HOURS IN and my brain is already on FIRE! I’m in Las Vegas for the next 48 hours at the Marketing Playbook Mastermind, and let me tell you, THIS is why I get in rooms like this! Jon and Alec Cheplak dropped so much đŸ”„ in the first three hours that nobody wanted to miss a minute. No phone calls. No emails. Not even a bathroom break! 😂 Then came our first 5-minute break
And where did I find all the REALTORS? OUTSIDE, phones in hand, getting right back to their clients! đŸ“±đŸĄ Because that’s what we do. We invest in ourselves, sharpen our skills, and still show up for the people who count on us. And we’re JUST GETTING STARTED! You already know I’m not keeping all this goodness to myself. đŸ’„ Want my biggest takeaways from these next 48 hours? đŸ‘‰đŸŒđŸ‘‰đŸŒDrop PLAYBOOK in the comments and I’ll share what’s worth bringing back to your business! #MarketingPlaybook #RealEstateMastermind

Big results are rarely one big decision. They’re the result of small choices repeated every day. For David and Kim St. Jean, one of those choices was rethinking how their agents were being developed. They moved away from training that focused mainly on knowledge and built a system around practice, performance, accountability, and measurable progress. The result has been faster time to production, higher call volume, stronger confidence, clearer leadership decisions, and a system they can actually scale with. Sometimes the biggest shift starts with choosing a better way to do what you’re already doing. See how they rebuilt their approach to agent development. The problem wasn’t the quality of the training. It was that the training depended on him. For more than 20 years, Lloyd taught live, in person. If agents were going to learn, he had to be in the room. Agent Development helped him turn that knowledge into a system his agents could move through without waiting on his calendar. More structure. More repetition. More accountability. And development that happens in the right order. His advice to other leaders? Do the work. Because if your people can only grow when you’re in the room, you don’t have a development system yet.

Holidays!!! Let me say that again
Holi Days. Days. They are just days. We don’t need to make them in two weeks. One day never throws you off. I promise you that. This needs to be said because we are approaching the time of year where people decide to “take off” of their health and fitness. They take off of their goals. We take off while we travel. I think you should dial it in even more during the holidays. Then they have less impact. The majority of people‘s annual weight gain happens in the last six weeks of the year. And when I’m talking about annual weight gain, what I mean is when you’ve gained 10 pounds over the last five years that’s just a little bit of weight that you gained each holiday season. Statistically. I’m never saying don’t enjoy time with your family. If your love language is food that’s awesome. But let’s say you’re going to spend a day with your family where you want to actually enjoy it and try your grandma’s famous cookies
The other six days of the week try to dial it in. I think it’s really important to start now so that by the time these holidays happen this year, you already have the habits and behaviors that are going to carry you through. That way on January 1, we’re not making a mad dash to lose what we’ve gained.
