3 MONTHS LEFT IN 2026⏳

3 more months to work.
3 more months to stay dedicated.
3 more months to make progress.

Don’t slow down. Don’t give up. Finish the year strong.
When you look back at the end of 2026, you’ll see how far you’ve come and you’ll be ready to set your next goals.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep moving forward.

Lock in, surround yourself with people who believe in you, and let your success speak for itself.

Not everyone will support your dreams. Some will doubt you, minimize your goals, or want to see you fail. Don’t let them distract you. Keep working, keep believing, and let your results prove them wrong.

Forever Grateful❤️

This team and program will always hold a special place in my heart. I am truly blessed to have been given a second family that will last far beyond our time on the court together. Thank you Pure Prep and AAU for the priceless memories created, countless life lessons taught, and relationships to last a lifetime. #FamilyForever #Prep🌊

Hebb’s Law: Neurons that fire together, wire together

Every rep is more than physical — it’s neurological.

Repetition builds movement patterns, strengthens motor pathways, and reshapes the brain through neuroplasticity.

Mastery isn’t just muscle memory — it’s brain wiring.

Reps = Roots.

The more you do it, the stronger the connection.
