Get you a best friend who cheers you on the way these two cheer each other on through alllllll the things. 🥹🤍

From monkey bars….
to navigating the bigger kids on the playground….
to ice cream spills….
to becoming older siblings….
and every tiny little in-between.

THIS is what it looks like when two besties get to raise besties……and I swear it’s by far one of our favorite chapters yet. 🫶🏼

Because there’s something really healing about watching your child experience the kind of friendship, safety + cheering-on that every little version of us deserves too.

The “I’ve got you.”
The “you can do it.”
The “it’s okay, try again.”
The staying close when something feels big.

Our kids are building memories……
and somehow our inner children get to witness the magic right alongside them.

Sometimes inner child healing looks a whole lot less like “going back”……and a whole lot more like getting to witness, create, participate in the kind of safety, connection + childhood magic we sometimes forget we still need as adults. 🫂

Fun fact: BOTH of our kids have the exact same age gap.

She’s raising TWO GIRLS 💕
and I’m about to be raising TWO BOYS 💙

As the summer parties and beach days come to an end, you may be feeling like your skin needs a tall glass of water and a makeup routine edit. Skin first, makeup second. Piling on makeup won’t fix tired skin, but starting with good skin prep will. I swear by the Skinny Confidential Ice Roller to melt away puffiness, followed by a hydrating eye cream like the dreamy Kiehl’s creamy avocado cream. We all know to apply a moisturizer (that suits your skin type — I’m loving Dieux Skin), but it’s how you apply your moisturizer that matters as much as what you use.”

We loved celebrating the August Style, Beauty & Wellness Issue of Greater Westhampton Neighbors magazine with an intimate Wellness Social at Studio 7 Pilates in Quogue. 🎶📚 BIBLIOTHERAPY IS IN SESSION with the remix of all remixes: “This My Season” x “I Knew It, I Knew Ya.”

The collab my heart (and all my parts 😉) didn’t know it had been waiting for.

Because sometimes healing looks like taking your power back…. Not to re-write your story, but to finally re-tell it from the version of you that knows how it survived 🙏🏼😮‍💨🥹

Five years ago, I was in the depths of postpartum…
a season that pulled me inward, expanded me, and introduced me to parts of myself I never expected to meet.

Today?….another pregnancy is introducing me to parts of myself I get to meet with so much more intention, faith, compassion, and trust. 🥹

And THAT is the miracle no one talks about enough.

Getting to walk into a new season surrounded by people who have loved you through every version of yourself…..
• who prayed for you
• supported you
• understood you & what you needed
• cheered for you
• and never stopped believing in the good God was writing for you.

(Even though some of my people were missing🤍) There really is nothing sweeter than celebrating Baby Labetti 2.0 exactly how I intended…

Intentional.
Heart-led.
Comfy cozy.
Warm.
Loving.
Chill.

The kind of gathering where no one is performing.
Everyone belongs. Love is felt in every tiny detail.
And your nervous system just whispers….
