Women’s work is often marketed as a space to ‘just be’ and I’ll be honest, it makes me a little twitchy.

For a large portion of Women, just ‘being’, although we’d all love it if safety in all of its forms, was our Mother tongue (boys and men included) but right now it’s a language not many of us are fluent in.
At all.

We are hyper-vigilant (think feeling on edge if you’re ‘sitting down’ when the other half walks through the door).
Hyper/Hypoarousal (on high alert or complete shutdown) amongst many other emotional, physiological and physical symptoms of dysregulation.

These ways of daily operating don’t just magically disappear when our bums land on a cushion or a nice patch of grass.
Plus sitting/being with other women may have never felt like a space place to be.

So claiming that it will, is a BIG call.

There is real intention of proper integration when I work with Women.

Weaving in soft and open with grit and gutsy, and although I know it’s life-long work, I’ve yet to meet a Woman who hasn’t felt even a little liberated after a session, circle, or weekend.

Circles, nature, growing, crating, camping….it’s still enough ‘woo’ to learn how to gently come back to yourself, and enough ‘do’ to learn how to get back there when you need to.

😉😘

How many times do we say Put it in the Cart when crystal shopping? 😂

It’s always a party when you get your Crystal Tribe together and go shopping! 🛍️🛒

Or when I continue to feed their love for crystals by buying pretty shiny things for them to be tempted in purchasing too 😂😂🔮🔮

‘Your intuition is the most honest friend you will ever have’
♥️
Time spent with women in an intentional way and space can be the catalyst to opening the door you have been desperately wanting to, but instead have been just standing by, with no idea why you don’t just turn that handle.
♥️
Womens circles are just the space to guide you to the knowing, it’s ALL within you.
♥️
I have online and in person circles coming up very soon.
There is spots remaining in our circles with a intimate and maximum number of 10 women.
D.M me for booking link.
