Maybe my sisters are part of the reason I love being a fitness instructor so much. 🤍

They’ve always been some of my biggest cheerleaders, and there’s something about women cheering for women that I just LOVE and have always been so drawn to! I truly think it’s because of my cherished relationships with my sisters & mom🥹

One of my favorite things about teaching fitness has always been watching women of all different shapes, sizes and stages of life come together to move their bodies. We all have different strengths, different goals and different reasons for showing up—and that’s exactly how it should be.

I love the sisterhood of it. The encouragement. The “you’ve got this!” when someone wants to quit. Celebrating someone else’s progress while still working toward your own.

Her progress doesn’t take away from yours. Her strength doesn’t diminish yours. There’s room for all of us.

So let’s be women who cheer for other women like they’re our sisters. ✨

Tag a woman who’s always in your corner—or one you want to remind that you’re in hers. 🤍
