You may have seen my stories a while back about this new wellness space that has recently opened in Middlezoy?

I’m excited to share that I will be bringing some classes and events here, that are now up on the timetable available to book.

I am offering weekly sound baths, somatic movement classes, mama & baby meditation sound sessions and special events… starting with the Samhain event on the 1st November - think witchy crafts, sisterhood, meditation & sound.

Head over to reignitemovement.co.uk to read all about it, see the timetable and book on.

There is so much going on here, reformer Pilates, yoga, fitness, breathwork, dance and more!

"You don't move on from losing a child. You learn to live alongside it."

In 2015, Cherri’s son Brodie was born at just 23 weeks and five days and died in her arms a few hours later.

Years later, when Cherri became pregnant with her son Rome, Cherri faced every parent's worst fear when complications threatened the life of her baby, Rome.

"There was no way I could say goodbye," Cherri said. "I couldn't do it twice."

After a pregnancy filled with complications, illness and life-threatening emergencies, Rome was born critically ill, weighing just 1lb 14oz. He spent more than 100 days in NICU fighting for his life before finally coming home. Today, he's a thriving three-year-old.

This Baby Loss Awareness Week, Cherri is sharing her story to remind bereaved parents that they're not alone, and that it's possible to carry both love and loss, grief and hope.

"Brodie will always be part of our family story."

A little reminder that mum guilt doesn’t always need to turn into self-criticism. Sometimes it can be a gentle nudge to slow down, reconnect and make more memories together♥️#consciousparenting ##mumguilt #toddleractivities #mumanddaughter

Behind Reignite Movement is a team of incredible women, each bringing something different, but all sharing the same passion — helping people feel good, move their bodies, build confidence and reconnect with themselves. ✨

We're here to remind you that movement isn't about being the fittest, strongest or most flexible person in the room. It's about showing up for yourself, trying something new, finding your people and celebrating what your body CAN do. 💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

Women supporting women. No judgement. No pressure. Just good energy, encouragement and a whole lot of heart. 🫶🏼

And now, it's time for the fun to begin… OUR CLASSES START THIS WEEK! 🎉

Whether you want to build strength, get your sweat on, work on your flexibility, find a little calm or simply meet some lovely new people, there's a place for you here.

You don't need to be fit to start. You don't need to know anyone. You just need to walk through the door — we'll take it from there.

Come as you are. Find your people. Reignite something in yourself.
