**I actually did it. 🥹**

🌿My first Whole Health Framework Retreat con ed course is officially in the books!

🌿What started as an idea, a little bit of courage, and A LOT of “trust the process” became a room full of thoughtful clinicians willing to slow down, get curious, move, breathe, reflect, and rethink what whole-person care can look like.

🌿I walked into this weekend hoping to teach.

🌿I walked away feeling like I learned so much more.

🌿I’m incredibly grateful to the clinicians who trusted me with their time, their openness, and their willingness to explore something a little different.

🌿And to everyone who encouraged me along the way—thank you. You helped me believe this was possible before I could fully believe it myself.

**One retreat course down. This is just the beginning. ✨**

The Lunar New Year always reminds me that growth is cyclical 🌙

In rehab, we’re often trained to look at the physical first — strength, posture, tissue load. But persistent pain asks more of us.

Over time, I’ve come to lean into a more integrative lens:
Breathwork.
Mindful movement.
Therapeutic alliance.
Self-awareness as clinicians.

When these pieces come together, patients don’t just move better — they feel safer, seen, and capable of change.

This year feels extra meaningful. My Whole Health Retreat was just APPROVED for continuing education credits — a true labor of heart.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward more holistic, human-centered care… maybe this is your season to listen. Subscribe to keep updated on modules available on www.holistichealthpt.com

Wishing you renewal, clarity, and gentle growth in this new cycle ✨

💐 Giving feedback is a skill. Receiving feedback is also a skill. Being able to navigate both is not for the light of heart. Here’s one of my mentors giving her honest feedback and me being vulnerable hearing it, receiving it.
This is how we grow.

🪴 You’ve heard the saying quality over quantity. When your nervous system has the space to truly rest and reset, even a little can work wonders.

🪴 Last week Holistic Health PT started its altruistic branch of creating a safe space where healthcare providers can rest, reset and nourish themselves through movement, munchies, gathering and belonging. We’re building a community of like minded individuals that know, practice or are curious about the mind body connection.

🪴If you crave community, you’re invited. This free service is my gift to you for all that you do in caring for others. Why? I am convinced that how you show up for yourself greatly impacts how you show up for others.

🪴 Stay tuned for our next gathering. All healthcare providers are welcome. For free guided meditations, check out the link in bio.

🪴I’m grateful for these trailblazing humans. Thank you to @cherrycontentco for capturing the heart of this movement.

The Best aisle exit song? The Best by Tina Turner. Groundbreaking? Maybe. Obvious given the song title? Definitely.
