Some artists paint what they see. Others paint what they feel underneath it all. Victoria Chervinska’s surreal figures, dark palettes, and dreamlike symbols feel less like traditional portraits and more like emotional worlds shaped by memory, mythology, identity, and transformation. Rooted in her experiences growing up in Ukraine and navigating life between countries, her work quietly explores everything that is difficult to explain in words. There’s something hauntingly human about the way her paintings hold both fragility and strength at the same time. Read the full conversation with Victoria Chervinska on Arts to Hearts Project. What happens between the painting… and the final frame? A small look behind the surreal world we built with @chervin.ka 🎬 Swipe through to see the CGI, animation process, and some of the hidden pieces that brought these paintings into motion. Sometimes the process feels just as surreal as the final result.
