A huge THANK YOU to the incredibly talented Cheryl Baldarossi Painter for gifting St. Paul School the most beautiful Christmas artwork on our front windows! Cheryl generously donated her time and talent — and the results are pure Christmas magic! 💚💛

We’re extra grateful because Cheryl is part of our SPS family, as a grandmother. Her artwork is the perfect way to welcome our community into this joyful season. 🎨❤️

And just in time… 🎅✨
Her festive window designs make the perfect backdrop for Breakfast with Santa this Saturday! If you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, there’s still time — come enjoy the magic, the memories, and maybe even grab a picture in front of our newly decorated windows!

🎟 Get your tickets here:

There was so much spectacular work submitted, both monumental pieces and delicate miniatures, come see how scale shapes imagination! Hope to see you there! 🥳 #bigandsmall #exhibit #openingreception #art #gallery

I was feeling caramel apple-ey this week so I got some to eat for the grandkids tonight and I painted my nails, an acorns, and about 7 wood ornaments like my favorite fall treat. #caramelapples #caramelapple #artistcherylpainter #itsfallyall

We All Have Wings…
.
A photo of two ducks I captured in Waikoloa Village, Hawai’i the day before I left the Big Island to return to Baltimore in 2009, 25-years after having left.
.
The second photo is of my New Jersey artist Friend, Cheryl Painter, who made a painting of the photo for me in 2010 that I still have here in my home.
.
The lyrics at the bottom of the painting are from an INXS song, which read:
.
“We All Have Wings,
But Some Of Us Don’t Know Why…”
.
Returning to Baltimore after that many years was not an easy decision, with other choices such as back to the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Portland, or Chicago, holding higher priority positions on the decision list.
.
Looking back on the 16-years since I returned, I know I made the right decision.
