Things I said out loud while planning this wedding: “Do you think someone on your team will be open to wearing a pickle costume while pushing the shot cart?” “I think we need to change the denim plan. If I need to actually put the flare jeans around his legs, I will 100% get my a$$ kicked by Kendrick Llama.” “Is it weird if we put some of the heads on the floor?” “Tick check! Everyone here needs to get naked with their partner of choice tonight to check for ticks.” “Is it too much of a deep cut to have an Elvis drink stirrer on the “Big Little Limes” drink?” “Let’s give these fringes a haircut.” Gabby & Zach, cheers to all of the things I never thought I’d say out loud. Let’s do it again. Gabby and Zach came to @canvasweddings with a vision for their @gilbertsvillefarmhouse wedding that was anything but subtle. Maximalist, punny, deeply personal - and somehow, all of it super intentional. Corinne of @canvasweddings said it best: “There was a lot going on visually, but it all felt like it belonged in this magical world of the couple’s imagining. It was EXTRA, but never too much.” Nods to the couple’s love for TV and films were woven throughout; signature cocktails named “Herb Your Enthusiasm” and “Big Little Limes,” a seating chart inspired by When Harry Met Sally, and a Moira Rose wig wall at the after party. Not to mention the property’s farm animals making appearances throughout the weekend too. A full gallery worth the wait. Sneaks peeks for now 💚 . . . One of the best parts of my weekend with Gabby + Zach came from overhearing one of their friends gushing over the reception space: “OMG this is SO Gabby.” Design for me isn’t just fun - it’s personal. And when I get to make something extra special on behalf of an extra special couple? It’s the best. one of the many things I’m thankful for this year is the opportunity to really kick it up a notch creatively and collaborative with my clients on a new level— especially those who really want to go for it visually and have fun! ✨ Sammy & Jared’s colorful, layered, funky explosion of love was the perfect representation of that and the ultimate grand finale to the 2025 season. these sneak peeks by @stephanienaruphoto capture the cozy, romantic little dreamworld so perfectly 🥰 Thank you once again S&J for trusting me to go on this ride with you as your planner/teammate! 🫶🏻✨💕 vendor team: venue @whitechapelprojects planning & design @alovelyuniverse photography & videography @stephanienaruphoto floral design magic @daybreakflowers entertainment @mdmusicdj rentals @nuagedesignsinc @smthingvintage @partyrentalltd stationery @chex_studio tent & production @sperrytentsnj @fabricoproductions @gotoshout attire @enauranewyork @bridalateliermontclair @suitsupply cake @chocolatecarousel photobooth @majesticbooths hair and makeup @lockandshade @makemeup_eva
