Good morning! Went for a walk with no agenda, just some thoughts about travel, change, and getting unstuck.

Travel has always been my reset button. Sometimes we get so comfortable in our surroundings that we forget how big the world really is and how many possibilities exist beyond what we see every day.

I’m in Anchorage filming Secrets of the City with the Harlem Globetrotters, and it got me thinking about how much of human history has been shaped by people moving, exploring, and searching for new opportunities.

Curious: When you feel stuck in life, what helps you reset your perspective?

The next generation needs to see that you can carry responsibility and still keep building toward your purpose.

That’s why @chey.dlr is joining the WYC Tour.

Cheyenne is a nursing student, a mother, and currently works at Cedars Sinai while pursuing her BSN. Her journey is a real example of patience, resilience, and what it looks like to keep moving forward even when you are balancing multiple roles at once.

For our students, that matters. Not every path will be easy or perfectly timed, but you can still stay committed to the future you want.

Cheyenne is showing the next generation that healthcare is not just a career. It is an opportunity to serve, heal, and make a lasting impact on people’s lives.
