Sharing my love for yoga outside the studio walls and into the communities that I grew up in has been such a blessing to me. Combining my love for the outdoors and yoga is my perfect combination! Leading yesterday’s yoga at Seawalk Pavilion filled my cup to the brim… pristine weather, beautiful park/venue, wholesome yogis and a supportive crew. Thanks to @jacksonville.beach for allowing us to share this beautiful practice into the community and the @hotspotpoweryoga team for ALWAYS believing in me from the moment I became a student to an instructor.
And kudos to my husband for being the photographer/videographer. 😘 #freeyoga #everythirdtuesday

Happy Birthday to one of the most remarkable women I’ve ever known! ✨

Seven years ago, I met you as my director — strong, brilliant, and full of grace. Over the years, you’ve been my mentor, my inspiration, and a constant guiding force. But what I cherish most is that somewhere along the way… you became my friend. 💛

From professional milestones to personal celebrations — especially having you fly across the world to stand by my side at my wedding — you’ve always shown up with love, kindness, warmth, and unwavering support. As you celebrate today, I hope the year ahead brings you joy, fulfillment, and the unveiling of yet another incredible professional milestone at your new adventure. You deserve nothing less.

Thank you for being you — and for being in my life. 💛

To be the best, to look better, to have the newest and best, to travel more, attend all the concerts, eat at the best restaurants… the list can go on.

We miss the point of true happiness when our desires exceed more than what we already have sitting right in front of us. The month of May helped me remember that.

Who are you seeking happiness with today?

What a beautiful way to spend my Saturday morning. Leading practice at Balis Park on a gorgeous Saturday morning with some new and familiar yogis. Honored by having two fellow HSPY teachers, two local friends and two out of town friends attend as well. My cup was truly filled this morning. Thank you @hotspotpoweryoga & @smpsjax for making this free event possible every third Saturday. #saturdayinthepark #startwithanopenheart #easterweekend #jctyoga #yogacommunity #jaxyogi

Couldn’t have asked to start off celebrating my birthday a better way. Thank you @hotspotpoweryoga and @smpsjax for this amazing opportunity and for this yoga community that showed up today. We quieted our minds, we moved, we sweat, we sang, we smiled… we did the things. Bringing self love, one day at a time. 🧘🏽‍♀️🎂

Shout out to all my family and friends who supported me through this journey especially those who took the time to meet up so I could “practice teach” to them. Blessed 100xs. 🧘🏽‍♀️💕
Final weekend of the Life Transformation Program with @hotspotpoweryoga 😭 I can’t believe these 3+ months zoomed by since I first committed to the program. Can’t wait to see what’s next…

I’m late, I know. Had to take a few days to recover from last years festivities. 😅..
2021 was one hell of a year. Full of ups and downs, but an improvement from the last. Time to make the best of 2022. Much love to my wife, our babies, and all my family and friends for making it a memorable one. To many more 🥂✨..back to business.
