I know it was going to be crazy to get a group picture so I asked my friends that went to take a pic of themselves in their seat and honestly I love it 😂. There's more ppl but service wasn't that good in there so probably didn't see it. Here's the group pic from MCR and other bday activities around it.

I NEED IDEAS‼️ I have a few tiny ideas bouncing around but nothing im cemented on. And WORSE, nothing i feel like is good enough to fully turn into a shirt🤔 Let me know if you can think of anything! And also SUPER let me know if you remember any of these past Halloween shirts!! :D it's so fun for me to have a time of the year to get a little spooky and make something limited~ Knowing it's not sticking around for long makes me get way less perfectionist about it and way more creative in concept. 🎀Fanimaid Cafe 2026🎀

Honestly, without @fanimaidcafe , I don’t think I’d be where I am today. This cafe is where I met many close friends and lifelong connections. It’s crazy to me that even though this cafe only occurs once a year, it holds such a special place in my heart forever.

If @tiffbirb_0505 didn’t tell me about joining the cafe in 2014, I actually don’t know if I’d still be doing idol activities to this day. It makes me so happy to see that many of us are still doing our thing! I’m so lucky to be a part of this wonderful sisterhood💖

Also, I wish I got to take more photos with everyone! (I took more than last year so I guess it is progress?) Here’s to next year!!✨

i joined fanimaid cafe 16 years ago to make friends.

i didn’t know people interested in cute anime stuff like i was (everyone else i knew watched hetalia or naruto 😭), but this was the one place i found to connect with others about moe culture and idols.

I didn’t join to become a role model (or intend to be here this long), so it’s always a happy surprise to hear people say that they look up to me or praise me for such things.

I’m also really hard on myself for that fact: how have other people not known i was a maid for this long? why have people who have been in my life who have gone on to be maids after me never reach out to me about it? I think the reality is that our goals in becoming maids have always been different. I can’t blame myself for not being known as THE idol maid when that’s not ever what i really set out to be or advertised, but more of something that happened along the way.

I’m just happy to be me, Scarlet, a maid who became an idol. A maid who has always loved cute things, and a maid who still has a place to come back to full of people i love who welcome me home. ❤️🎀
