Finally was able to catch @kehlani live since I could never catch her to perform at Vandy. It was an amazing and while I saw my favorite cousin on my daddy’s side, the amazing and Grammy Award winning @durandbernarr while he was getting his getting trimmed up by the barber. I was also excited to see some of my Vandy peeps at the show! I arranged an opportunity for Vandy WBB to meet her but she became ill after the show so I didn’t happen but I was glad I was able to get them to watch the show #memorablemoments #creatingexperiences

A little flashback to our Patio Pilates turned Wellness Social! Rain said “not today,” so we moved everything to the studio, and honestly? It turned out even better! Imagine a studio where everyone gets along, you become genuine friends, the workouts still challenge you years in, and you’ve got a community that shows up for you through life’s ups and downs. That’s Work It Pilates. Oh, and we teach actual Pilates too 😉 I wouldn’t trade this community for anything. Thank you to everyone who showed up on a rainy morning and made it feel like sunshine anyway. @thehyperbarichouse for the B12 shots and breaking down the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy @vybrancelabs + @blackgirlsunscreen for the goodie bag love We’ll see you around the studio! As we head into the last 5 months of the year, tell us in the comments: what’s one thing you’re hoping to grow in? Your practice, your strength, your friendships? Talk to us!

Hi, my name is Jasmine Sweet, and what started as a little hobby of “collecting people” turned into a career… The Sweet House—a media, marketing, and lifestyle brand rooted in real connection. While so many people focused on building an audience online, I focused on building community in real life. Because I’ve always believed there is no algorithm that could ever replace true connection. The kind you feel in laughter, in hugs, in simply showing up for one another. As I celebrate being named a Nashville Business Journal @nashvillebiz - 40 Under 40 honoree, I’m really celebrating my people. They are the cornerstone of The Sweet House. They are the hot meals that showed up for me in postpartum. They are the steady presence through different seasons of my life. They are the comfort in moments of loss and grief. They are the hot tea I didn’t know I needed to soothe my soul. They are everything. And while I couldn’t invite everyone to this last-minute celebration at @coanashville… just know it was filled with so much love, joy, and intention. A moment I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. This is just the beginning. More Sweet House in-person experiences are coming. Because let’s be honest… nobody really wants to play the social media lottery anyway 🤍 P.S. thank you @styledbyleightaylor | @leightaylorpr for making this happen!!!!!!

and then some. 🎈 I am beyond your peripheral vision, so you might want to turn your head. There’s more to me than meets the eye. Each year is a reminder that planted + water seeds produce true harvest 🌱 The question always becomes: how did I nurture my growth? When I see the “Meadow” that is myself, I’m pleased with the woman I’ve become. The waters aren’t always clear, but God is always with me (Isaiah 43:2). I know the Divine loves ALL of me…even when I can’t fully wrap my arms around her. I’m for keeps. For myself first—THEN to others, and most importantly to my Creators. To be kept and loved the way you all do is truly a blessing. Thank you for 32 ♒️🙏🏾 film @thruziggslens face @thekbeat hair @sheezifancy nails @brinailedit2 body @tordrobes

2025 was a year of becoming. It reminded us why Solo FC was built. We made our @tst7v7 debut with a team of badass women, each with their own stories. We competed as one, despite different cultural backgrounds, age differences and no prior time playing together. We fought our way to quarterfinals and bowed out with our heads held high. We showed that soccer truly is a universal language that connects us all. To our players, coaches and behind the scenes staff: thank you for your commitment, resilience and heart. Without your individual greatness, we wouldn’t be here. To our supporters who showed up in Cary and continue to stand in our corner: We hear you, we see you and we will continue to make you proud! To our incredible sponsors and partners: Your belief fuels everything we do and your impact goes far beyond the game! We’re just getting started. Big announcements coming in 2026! Happy New Year! With gratitude, Solo FC 🖤 📸: @juliandonaldson

Condensing 365 days into 20 photos is wild… but wow, 2025 really showed out. As I look back, four things carried me through: ✨ God — not because I’m perfect, but because I’m loved anyway. 🤍 My people — my family, my friends and coworkers, book club, every soul that poured into me this year. ✈️Travel — 4 new countries, my first time in Asia, my first cruise, and another solo adventure that changed me. 🎶 Music — Beyoncé, Miguel, Maxwell, Leon Thomas, FLO, Soulection… and forever D’Angelo 🕊️. Thank you for the healing. Grateful for every chapter. Ready for the next one. Chicago… I’m coming home 🖤❤️
