What a season ⚡️ @battle_of_westgeorgia_natural @georgianpc

From stepping on the same stage myself last year as the overall champ, to watching my new client @aviva_sevilla step on that same stage, this show meant so much more than a competition. @genet4me my other client helped represent the new @grindera drop coming soon!

@devante.orebeau I appreciate you so much for taking care of my girls while I attended my son’s first soccer game⚽️ so proud of what you’re building 🏴‍☠️⚡️

Getting to experience the hard work, discipline, nerves, growth, and excitement alongside them was something I’ll never forget.

And seeing so much incredible natural representation in bodybuilding made it even more special. This sport is about more than what happens on stage. It’s about the people, the work, the sacrifices, and the transformation behind it all.

And now, we’re creating something of our own.

Team Vela 🦋

A team built around growth, discipline, authenticity, and becoming the strongest version of yourself.

This is just the beginning. 🦋

What can I say? This stage has amazing lighting. Big thanks to Battle of the West organizers for housing support for Chinese athletes coming from afar. I’m thankful for the patient check-in staff, caring tanning team, and all those who supported me on Instagram. Everyone here is so nice. I achieved my second dream here: competing at the Ben Weider Natural Pro. Thank you Battle of the West, grateful to meet you all. Love you all.@battle_of_westgeorgia_natural @operation_bronze_comp_tanning #battle #wellness #bodybuilding

Lunges today, stronger legs tomorrow! 🦵🏽🔥

Move better, get stronger, and build confidence with every rep.

One rep at a time. One goal at a time. 💪🏽

I mean, it can be depending on who you do it with 🤷🏽‍♀️

Meanwhile, what it has taught me is as much as you expect other people to understand, it’s also your job to help them understand how much your journey means to you. If your actions align with what you say is important, they’ll see that. Then watch them show up in ways you wouldn’t expect.

Side note: @battle_of_westgeorgia_natural is 29 days away! I’m giving a 25% discount for posing to all bikini, wellness, and fit model competitors doing this show. DM to book your 1-on-1 posing sessions 🤍

Leg day with my coach 🏴‍☠️⚡️ @devante.orebeau

Kickbacks, abductors, leg extensions, leg press… and then some kind of weird contraption at the end that I’m still not convinced was legal 😂

All I know is my legs were cooked and I’ll probably feel it every time I sit down tomorrow. 💀 #legday #bodybuilding #fitnessmotivation #gym #gymmotivation

The next piece of information isn’t what you’re missing.

You already know how to lose the weight.
You already know you should train.
You already know you should eat better.
You already know you should make the call.

You don’t need another protocol.

You need another repetition.

Information is comfortable.

Execution is uncomfortable.

That’s why one changes your mind…
and the other changes your life.

Stop collecting information. Start collecting proof.
