You are fluid like the water,
You are free like the birds.

You are cyclical like the moon,
You are grounded like the trees.

You are one with nature because you are nature.
You came from nature and you will go back to nature.

Be gentle with yourself sweet spirit.
Your soul is delicate and needs constant nurturing.

When things go quiet, sit in it, the darkness is where new beginnings come from. Go back to the quiet, dark place that you called home before you came to Earth. It was safe and exactly where you needed to be. That same darkness will visit you many times during the course of your life. But instead of fearing it — become open to it and ready to learn the lessons.

Return back to the tenderness of the frequency of love which is always in you, because it is who you are.

Love is your superpower. It will cause your heart to break wide open, allow it. It will cause your heart to be filled with warmth, allow it.

Be patient with yourself and keep dancing with this journey called life. Make the most of today because we can’t turn back time. So, keep following the joy and keep following the light.

🤍 A channelled message from the angels 🤍
