POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Earlier this week, Milwaukee Metal Fest posted on social media to expect band line up announcements soon.

A while back one of the curators of the festival, Hatebreed / Jasta / Kingdom of Sorrow vocalist Jamey Jasta, was on a podcast and mentioned German bands as some the acts he wanted to book for 2027. While aquiring VISA passports can be quite the ordeal at this time, we are going to speculate and take a guess at a few bands we think may end up playing this year.

Accept
Kreator
Destruction
Dimmu Borgir
K.K.’s Priest
Graveyard
Orbit Culture
Eighteen Visions
Insomnium
200 Stab Wounds
Carnifex

While we do not know if any of those bands we listed will be booked or even asked to play, we do know from the Sonic Temple 2027 announcements that Crowbar, Meshuggah, Sylosis, Primus, Testament, Clutch will be out playing concerts this Spring, radius clauses pending. The Megadeth / Anthrax / Kerry King line up is set to announce US dates soon. Boardwalk Rock festival just dropped and it had Clutch, Corrosion of Conformity, Mac Sabbath, Down, and although a longshot to play MMF - Judas Priest. There are always unexpected curveballs thrown in - what about Doyle? Static-X? Sleep?

Last years festival was a success by all accounts. It will be interesting to see who is booked for 2027. Who do you want to see play Milwaukee Metal Fest 2027?

It was cool to have had the pleasure of giving @sonjaphilly a helping hand tonight with some gear for their show tonight @reggieslive They definitely kicked it in the ass with a wall of sound! We had a great time hanging, now we need our hearing to come back! Give them a listen if you haven’t! Thanks to @metalimmortalfest & @ladybeastdeb for being the reason we all met! Bands help bands! (I forget the dudes name we asked to take the picture, sorry!) #heavymetal #metal #livemusic #chicagolivemusic
