Thank you so much @careyrosedance for this honor of placing 2nd and a $1000 scholarship towards my dance education. I was so inspired today and honored to dance in honor of a beautiful person and dancer. Thank you so much to my educators and mentors @skizziemack, @jackie_nowicki and Tatyana Mazur and my countless hours of instruction @extensionsdance and @chicagocityclassical. Thank you to @cocoalvarez for your coaching and inspiration and of course to @hannaelisabeth for my incredible contemporary choreography and guidance. I was honored to be in the presence and have the support and critiques from @nangiordano @ericalynette and @valexrp14 and have taken class from Greg Begley. Thank you again!

A glimpse of our company repertoire—and the magic that comes to life onstage after hours and hours of training, exploration, and rehearsal within our walls.

This video features recent repertoire from all four of our youth companies:

✨ Extensions Dance Company
🩰 Chicago City Classical Ballet
🎶 Chicago Youth Tap Ensemble
🔥 Kidz Movin’ Hip Hop Crew

Extensions Dance is a premier youth dance studio in the Chicagoland area, inspiring the next generation through exceptional training, artistry, and community.

Our alumni have continued their training at some of the nation’s top universities and conservatories, including Juilliard, USC, the University of Arizona, Chapman University, NYU Tisch, and more. Many have gone on to perform with professional dance companies around the world.

Serving young artists ages 2.5–18, Extensions Dance welcomes artists and movers of all types. We celebrate each dancer’s individuality, nurture their creativity, and help them build confidence in the studio, onstage, and beyond.

From their very first steps to pursuing a professional future, every dancer has a place to grow, connect, and shine at Extensions.

Missing YAGP finals. After two weeks. I have finally processed all the excitement and emotions from the amazing 8 days in Houston @yagp

Over 2,000 competitors and 35 countries represented, it was such an honor to be amongst so much talent. I especially loved sharing this experience with my best friends, the trio #spellonyou @aves_clemmons_dance @avery.clemmons @meganallengonzalez @elenaguzman3764 @la_jax_ag

Thank you to Lizzie McKenzie @skizziemack and Jackie Nowicki @jackie_nowicki and everyone at Extensions Dance @extensionsdance and. @chicagocityclassicalballet for guiding and supporting me over the year. Lots of tears, sweat and a little

Thank you to Mike! Such a beautiful person and a creative force. @mikeesperanza
