Before there was a sold-out event, there was a vision. Before the venue. Before the sponsors. Before the DJ. Before the photographer and videographer. Before the food and drinks. There was one person willing to take an idea seriously. One thing this experience reinforced for me is that leadership often starts long before anyone else sees the outcome. Congratulations to the curator (@chicagolanderin ) on bringing a vision to life and creating a sold-out Juneteenth celebration. 📸: @themarkamni
