RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY/POTLUCK

November 7th we’re celebrating Marshfield Courts becoming an official skate garden - thanks to @neighborspace & @mpdc_chicago ! We got a full day planned with plenty of skating, giveaways & goodies!

The space wouldn’t be where it’s at today without all the help we’ve received along the way, so come celebrate as we close out the 6th build season at the Courts!

Yesterday really meant a lot to me. After all the planning, the postponement, and finally seeing everything come together, I’m grateful to everyone who came out and showed love at LV1.
Thank you to all the sponsors who supported us and helped make this possible, and to the youth who came out to skate, have fun, and even jumped in to help throughout the event.
I love skateboarding and everything it has given me—the friendships, the memories, and the community. Being able to give some of that back and create something for the next generation of skaters made this one special.
Much love to everyone who played a part in making it happen. This is what skateboarding and community are all about. 🛹❤️
