Issue V: Rebirth is live and free to read on our website!

"Rebirth" felt fitting for a spring/summer issue. While it is not themed, we kept in mind the idea of before and after while choosing pieces. Big and small moments that felt significant. Weighty. Notable. The result is a collection of pieces we hope will stay with you as you float or struggle through the summer months. What a joy this issue has been to piece together!

Kindly,

Editors Libby Feltis and Madison Betts

so proud to be part of this cohort🐉

This was an unforgettable @drexelmfa residency put together by our wonderful director @nomieve

To my cohort: I’ve learned so much from every single one of you. You’re unbelievably talented, and I can’t wait to hoard all the books this cohort publishes. We are Drexel dragons after all💛

And since I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by so many amazing writers, I’ve got to tag some of you here since Insta caps at 20 per post: @bookishdoclady @christiewross @kmack.18

My poem, Oubliette, was recently published in issue IV of @tensionliterary. So grateful to @chicken_witch for giving this piece of grief and quiet rage a wonderful home!

Issue IV: Chaos is live now and free to read on our website!

We set out to do one thing in Issue IV: publish strong pieces. Any themes that emerge while reading this issue came about organically. It may not surprise you that the Chaos Issue contains several pieces about relationships—between parents and children, amongst partners, and to oneself. While the world is burning, we thought we'd take the temperature of the literary world. The result is a mix of humor, grief, love, and anger. May you find the chaos cathartic.
